We strive to restock popular items as quickly as possible. While we do our best to bring fan-favorite products back in stock, we may not always have exact restock timelines available. Availability can also vary by store, so an item that’s sold out at one location may still be found at another.

How do I get my birthday gift?

As a MINISO Rewards Member, you can receive an exclusive birthday reward (with any purchase) in-store during your birthday month. 

How to unlock your birthday reward:

• Log in to the Member Portal and update your birthday.

• Activate the reward during your birthday month.

• Visit a store during your birthday month and redeem at checkout.

Note: You must enter your birthday at least XX days in advance to receive the reward.

Unfortunately, points are non-transferable and cannot be gifted to another account.

Provide the phone number or email associated with your membership at checkout, and our team will apply any available rewards or discounts to your total. Please note that rewards can only be redeemed in-store at participating MINISO USA locations. Some rewards may require activation within the Membership Portal.
